i will be continuing the 4 week challenge!

my goal with my project is: to be a better version of myself

did i finish yesterdays goal? yes, i woke up earlier! i also felt like this helped my mindset to think more growth, i was more focused on my tasks, i went to the gym at around 7, before school, and after school i could take it more chill

my goal today is: to learn about mental health, and how it can affect me as a human! what is mental health even? why does it matter? how can we help other people to take care of their own mental health?

did i finish my goal? wait until tomorrow to see the answer!
