i will be continuing the 4 week challenge!
my goal with my project is: to be a better version of myself
did i finish yesterdays goal? yes, i did go to bed earlier than usual, it felt amazing to be awake during important happenings, and actually understand on a dreper level what i was told
my goal today is: wake up earlier, yes, you heard me right! this might help with mindset and focus, everyone is asleep, and youre able to for an example go to the gym before school starts, get work done, the work might be a business or school! youre also more prone to a more chill day, or are you? ill tell you!
did i finish my goal? wait until tomorrow to see the answer!
